when doing multiple procedures for cpt 20610 what modifiers needed.

Ex: bilateral trigger pint injection
Is it?

20610
20610. -59-xs

Or. Bilateral knee trigger point and let elbow
20610
20610 -51z, -xs
20605 -51z

Please explain if this is correct and why
